1～14岁儿童交通事故伤住院患者特征

The Epidemiological Characteristic of 1～14 Years old Hospitalized Children due to Traffic Injuries

目的 了解 1～ 14岁儿童交通事故伤住院患者的性别、年龄、病情、受伤部位等分布特征。 方法 以南方某市两家医院 1996～ 2 0 0 0年五年间有完整病案记录资料的 713例 1～ 14岁儿童交通事故伤住院患者为研究对象 ,进行描述性统计分析。 结果 男女性别比为 1.7:1,以 5～ 9岁和 10～ 14岁儿童最多 ;入院时病情为一般情况是最多的 ;伤害部位以头面部为主 ,导致儿童死亡最高 (占 90 .91% ) ;平均住院时间为 17.0 6d ;儿童交通事故伤住院治疗患者有明显的季节特征。 结论 儿童交通事故伤住院患者的性别、年龄、病情、受伤部位等分布特征明显。

Objective To describe the epidemiological characteristic such as gender, age and location injuryof hospitalized children aged 1～14 years old due to traffic injuries. Methods Subjects were hospitalized children patients aged 1～14 years old due to traffic injury in two hospitals in a southern city from year 1996 to 2000, the number of which was 713. We did descriptive statistics and analysis. Results The injury proportion of boys was 1.7 times as much as that of girls. The injury cases were most in children aged 5～9 and 10～14 years old. case with general status at admission occupies more than half of all the cases. The location of injuries was mainly head and face. The highest mortality is resulted from injury in face and head (90.91%). The average hospitalization time was 17.06 days. There was an obvious seasonal characteristic. Conclusions Hospitalized children patients aged 1～14 years old due to traffic injury have clear distribution feature in sex, age, status and location of injury.
