某饮料促进生长发育动物实验研究

摘要 目的 探讨以大豆低聚糖和牛磺酸为主要成分的某饮料对生长发育的影响。 方法 从昆明种小鼠母鼠受孕开始至仔鼠断乳前经口给予母鼠及断乳后给予仔鼠 40d 1.8、3 .6、10 .8g /kg·bw剂量的饮料主剂 ,仔鼠出生后测定各项生理发育指标和神经反射指标 ,并与对照组进行比较。 结果 与对照组比较 ,低、中、高剂量组仔鼠体重和高剂量仔鼠出生时身长明显增加 ;中、高剂量组仔鼠开眼时间、高剂量组仔鼠牙齿萌出时间明显提前 ;低、中、高剂量组仔鼠悬崖回避、高剂量组仔鼠负趋地性试验、空中翻正反应阳性率明显增加 ,中、高剂量组仔鼠平面翻正、悬崖回避、高剂量组仔鼠负趋地性时间明显缩短 ,中、高剂量组仔鼠前肢握杆时间明显延长。经统计检验 ,差异具有显著性 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。 结论 以大豆低聚糖和牛磺酸为主要成分的某饮料对小鼠生长发育具有明显促进作用。 Objective To study the effect of one beverage, with soyoligosaccharide and taurine as its major component, on growth and development process. Methods The parental female mice in experimental group were orally administered with the beverage at 1.8, 3.6, 10.8g/kg.bw dose from conception to the weaning date of the pups. The offspring were exposed to same doses by ora feeding for 40 days since weaning. The parental females and their pups in control group were administered with same volume of distilled water. Physiological development indices and nerve reflex indices were tested in live pups after parturition. Result In comparison with the control pups, the body weight and body length of the pups in three dosed groups were significantly increased. The eye-opening time of the pups in 3.6, 10.8g/kg.bw dose group, the tooth eruption time of the pups in 10.8g/kg.bw dose group, was much earlier. The positive rate for cliff evasion in three dose groups, for negative taxis and air righting in 10.8g/kg.bw dose group, was significantly higher. The time for plane righting, cliff evasion in 3.6, 10.8g/kg.bw dose group, for negative taxis in 10.8g/kg.bw dose group, was significantly shortened. The shaft-grasping time for the pups in 3.6, 10.8g/kg.bw dose group was markedly prolonged. Conclusion The beverage with soyoligosaccharide and taurine as its main component can promote the growth and development of mice.
