在重大基础设施项目全寿命集成化项目管理中,设计管理是龙头,设计界面管理是设计管理的重要内容之一。为此,首先分别从管理和技术层面及静态和动态角度对设计界面概念进行了分析;其次,结合工程实践阐述了归类整合、垄断分离、适度分权及责权清晰等设计界面划分原则;最后,从管理模式选择、管理组织架构及管理程序运作三个方面提出了设计界面的控制方法。
