摘要
对利用火焰原子吸收光谱法直接测定白酒中的铁、锰的含量,和微波消解法进行了对比试验,测定结果无显著性差异,精密度和准确度都符合要求。且火焰原子吸收光谱直接测定法具有操作简单、速度快、节约试剂及能源的特点。若杂质比较严重的酒样,宜采取微波消解法。(陶然)
Flame atomic absorption spectrometry, applied in the measurement of Fe content and Mn content in liquor, compared with microwave resolution method, th e measured results had no distinguished difference and the precision and accurac y was in accord with the relative requirements. However, flame atomic absorption spectrometry had the advantages of simple operation, rapid measurement, reagent and resource saving etc. If liquor samples had serious impurity, microwave reso lution method should be adopted firstly.
