摘要
饮品质量的模糊综合评判系统是应用模糊数学方法建立的对饮品质量评价的数学模型及软件。该系统的原理主要是利用确定综合评价因素如色、香、味及组织形态,并对其进行模糊综合评价。先对感官因素集色、香、味及组织形态的评判指标做出单层次综合评判,再应用综合评判结果进行方案比较;最后进行权重向量选择。该系统的主要数据文件有评价因素集合表、评价对象表、数据表、评价结果表。该系统包括基本数据处理、评价数据处理、模糊评价、结果显示、文件整理、退出系统。以新啤酒开发中配方选择评价为例,进行了实际数据计算,结果效果明显。(孙悟)
Based on fuzzy mathematics, the mathematical model and software to jud ge beverage quality were established which was called Beverage Quality Fuzzy Mat hematics General Judgement System. The system, through determination of relative factors including color, flavor and taste, realized fuzzy general judgement of beer quality. Firstly, single general judgement of sensory indexes including col or, flavor and taste was operated, then general judgement results were used for program contrast, finally weighting vector selection was done. The main data fil e of the system included judgement factor assembly tablet, judgement object tabl et, data tablet, and judgement results tablet. The system was comprised of basic data treatment, judgement data treatment, fuzzy judgement, results display, fil e reduction, and system exit.
