我国企业物流存在的问题及对策

On the Logistics in Chinese Enterprises:Problems and Countermeasures

本文认为,我国企业物流水平尚处于初级阶段,物流活动的发展水平还比较低,其原因主要在于观念落后,体制束缚严重,物流网络和物流法规不健全,局部及总体规划布局中物流格局不清晰以及物流专业功能管理不完善等。文章提出,要提高我国企业物流水平,必须树立现代企业物流观念,强化物资管理的基础工作,完善相关法律法规,加强人才培养以及不断进行管理创新等。

Presently logistics in Chinese enterprises is at the primary stage.This situation can be attributed to reasons such as backward ideas,structural restraints,inperfected logistics legal system,etc.In order to improve the level of logistics in Chinese enterprises,5measures should be taken:first,fostering modern logistics ideas.Second,strengthening fundermental works of logistics management.Third,perfecting laws and regulations in relevent.Forth,developing more talented people in logistics management.Fifth,pushing forward innovation in management.
