Determination of Amino Acids in the Mushroom by Gas Chromatography on Wide Bore Capillary Column

采用大口径毛细管气相色谱对食用菌中的多种氨基酸进行了测定 ,优选了衍生化条件和色谱操作条件 ,提高了氨基酸衍生物的分离度 ,缩短了分析时间 ,提高了定量分析的准确性 ;经食用菌样品测定 。

The separation and determination of mushroom were studied by gas chromatography on wide bore capillary column.The optimum conditions of derivation and operation in gas chromatography were found.The degree of accuracy in amino acid quantitative analysis was much improved.The results were statisfactory in determining somw foodstuff samples.
