摘要
介绍了数控型电子束焊机的基本组成及工作原理 ,对电子束焊机的控制原理和作用进行析 ,提出用可编程逻辑控制器对电子束焊机进行整机逻辑控制、计算机对工作台实现CNC控制。根据焊机的技术要求 ,设计了PLC的控制软件和计算机的CNC软件、计算机和PLC之间的通信接口电路 ,并对焊机的工作过程及软件设计进行了详细说明。设备运行表明 ,焊机的控制系统软硬件功能完善、工作可靠、设计合理 。
The basic composition and working principle of CNC electronic beam welder (EBW)are presented ,and the control principle and functions of EBW are also analyzed.The type FX2N-80MR PLC is proposed to control logically to EBW,and the computer is used for realizing CNC control to working table.According to the demands of EBW,the PLC control software,computer CNC software and the communication interface circuits between the computer and PLC are designed,the working process and software design are also described in detail.The equipment operation shows that it works reliably and can meet the demands of production technology.
