电力市场环境下电价区域划分问题的尺度空间层次聚类算法 被引量:6

摘要 在实际的电力市场运营中,准确、合理地划分电价区域是提供正确电价的前提和保证。为了实现准确的电价区域划分,作者以节点注入功率对阻塞线路传输功率的灵敏度系数作为节点电价的特征量,借助模拟人类视觉系统的尺度空间理论,提出了一种基于尺度空间层次聚类的电价区域划分方法,在无需事先设定任何区域划分信息的情况下实现了准确、合理的电价区域划分。以IEEE 118节点系统为例验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。 In the operation of actual electricity market, the rational and accurate partitioning of price zones will be the premise and assurance to offer correct electricity price. To realize accurate price zone partitioning, the authors took the sensitivities of nodal power injections to the power flows which congested the transmission lines as features of the nodal price, by means of the scale space theory which could simulate the human visual system a scale space based hierarchical clustering method for price zone partition was proposed by which the accurate and rational price zone partitioning was realized and needed not any prior posited zone partitioning information. Taking IEEE 118-node system for example, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method are verified.
