摘要
本研究采用新的改良的染色体制备法,对20例妇科实体肿瘤,包括12例宫颈癌,4例宫体癌和4例卵巢癌进行了细胞遗传学分析。结果显示:几乎所有肿瘤中均存在染色体数量异常和结构畸变。非整倍体发生于所有病例,变异范围由低二倍体至高四倍体。结构畸变最多见于第1,2,3,4,5,11和17号染色体,第1号染色体长臂及第8和11号染色体短臂的部分缺失见于不同的病例中。发生断裂点的某几个染色体区带中,可能是一些瘤基因的位点所在。
In this report, we analyzed the cytogenetic changes in 20 cases of gynccologic malignancics including 12 oervicalcarcinoma, 4 uterus corpus tumor, and 4 ovarian carcinoma by G-banding Ncarly all cases showed variable chromosomal abnor-malitics in terms of number and/or strueture Aneuploid from hypodiploid to hypertetraploid was found in all cases. The structural abnormalities most frequently occurred in chromosome 1,2,3,4,5,lland 17.The partial dele-tion of the long arm of chromosome 1 or the short arms of chromosome 8 and 11 was diseorered in some cascs. The chromosomal bands where the breakagc occurs might contain the loei of some oneogenes.
