妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤141例临床分析

Pregnancy cornplicated with ovarian neoplasms:Analysis of 141 cases.

本文综合报道妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤141例,均经手术或病理证实。其中良性137例(97.16％),恶性4例(2.84％)。孕早期发现54例(38.30％),孕中期40例(28.37％),孕晚期47例(33.33％)。强调孕早期妇科检查、B超、手术探查及产后常规检查之重要性。妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤的适宜手术时间在16～18孕周,孕3个月内应避免手术,但对有症状、混合性、实性肿瘤及有并发症者应立即手术。

The paper reported 141 pregnancies complicated with neoplasms which were confirmed by surgery or pathology.Of the neoplasms,137(97.16%)were benign,4 malignant(2.84%).Fifty-four cases(38.3%)were identified in early pregnancy;40(28.3%)in the second trimester,and 47(33.33%)in late pregnancy.The result indicated that examination in early pregnancy,B-ultrasound examination,operative exploration,and routine postpartum checkup should be emphasized. The optimal time for operation was 16 to 18 week gestation.The operation should be avoided in the first three months of pregnancy. Nevertheless,if the neoplasm was symptomatic,solid or mixed,or its complications ensued,operation should be done immediately.
