摘要
In the first place, this paper briefly describes the origin of the EEC competitlon law of marine transportation. It mainly dwells on the subject-matter and scope of the regulation by making detailed study on the rules of block exemption and the rules of procedure of the regulation. In the last part of the paper, the author puts forward some suggestions for fare competition in the shipping marketof China.
