摘要
It is commonly accepted that navigating finance is guaranteed by mortgage of ships. Since mortgage of ships conecrns much with legal issues,this article analyses the present regulations of mortgage of ships in China and points out the problems that should be noticed when applying these regulations,so that the parties can understand the related regulations and procedures, and effectively practice themortgage of ships.
