On the Construction and Innovation of Community Culture in Hangzhou

采用社会学、文化学、经济学等综合方法,对杭州市社区文化建设的现状进行研究。从社会层面总结和分析体制改革和城市化进程中杭州社区文化的主要特征、基本经验和基本轨迹,从历史的纵向层面探索和预测杭州社区文化的内在规律和发展趋势。在总结经验、提炼精神和开拓创新的基础上,构建杭州社区文化可持续性发展的对策和举措,为政府决策提供参考。

This paper aims to study the community culture in Hangzhou from the perspective of sociology, culture and economy. It studies, from social aspect, the characteristics, experience and history of community culture during the development of reform and urbanization of the city. Meanwhile, it also explores and predicts inherent laws and trends of community culture of Hangzhou from historical aspect. On the basis of experience and innovation, measures are put forward to construct community culture of Hangzhou with sustainable development for government's decision-making.
