摘要
本文报告在光学镜下(6×100)问日疟临床发作各期受感染红细胞的重复感染率,♀G:♂G的比例及成熟裂殖体的裂殖子数目并与国内外的报导作了比较。同时首次报导用图像分析仪测量正常红细胞和受感染红细胞的面积、孢子增殖各期虫体大小的结果。结果显示临床发作的发冷、发热和间歇期的重复感染率分别为5.85%、5.86%和3.44%;成熟裂殖体的裂殖子为12-44个,常见为16-21个,平均为18.6个;♀G:♂G的比例为3.1;1。配子体期的重复感染率与配子体密度关系密切。用图像分析仪测量的正常红细胞面积为45.95μ~2,受染红细胞的胀大率为10.2-126.6%。对孢子增殖各期虫体的面积也进行了计量测算。
This paper reports the morphological changes of erythrocytes containing different develop- mental stages of Plasmodium vivax in Guizhou Province. The results showed that: (1) Red blood cells infected by 2 or more parasites in chill, fever, and intermittent stages were 5.85%, 5. 86% and 3.44% respectively. (2) The number of merozoites of mature schizont ranged from 12-44, but 16-24 in common with an average of 18.6. (3) The ratio between macro-and micro- gametocytes was 3.1 to 1. We have used the Quanti 520 image analysis system to determine the size and other morpho- logical aspects on zygote, ookinate, oocyst sporozoites and uninfected red blood cells as well.
