摘要
2151名接受社区慢性病综合管理的高血压和糖尿病患者接受了满意度问卷调查。结果表明,绝大多数慢性病患者认为,社区卫生服务为他们提供了便利的服务,表现为距离近、服务方便、医生和患者有更好的交流;患者可以更多地从医护人员那里获取与疾病相关的知识,这些知识对病人更好地了解疾病、掌握控制疾病的方法以及生活上的指导都是至关重要的。
To study satisfactory degree to the management of chronic disease of diabetics and hypertensives in Bao'an District,Shenzhen City.2 151 diabetics and hypertensions randomly selected were surveyed on their satisfactory degree by a questionnaire.Most of the chronic disease patients were satisfied with the community health service because of the service is closed to where they live,better doc-tor patient relationship than which happened in the hospital,patient could get more information from medical doctors and so on
