摘要
近年来我国公路建设取得了突飞猛进的发展,但相对而言道路运输在许多方面仍存在不足之处。为了解决这些问题,建立一个基于GPS、GIS、GSM和Internet相结合的网络信息系统平台,使之能随时对车辆进行调度、监管,从而减少空驶率,提高运输效率,已成为当务之急。
In recent years,our highway construction has got great development,h owever,highway transportation still has many defaults relatively. In order to s olve these problems,it is urgent to build a net-information system flat which c an modulate and supervise cars at any moment,combining GPS,GSM and Internet. T his system can also reduce empty-run rate and improve the transportation efficie ncy consequently.
