The Load Transfer Switch for Parallel-Redundant UPS System with Dual-Bus Type of Output Circuits

摘要 统计资料显示,在信息网络机房中仅配置"N+1"UPS冗余供电系统,并不能消除"网络瘫痪"故障。为确保位于互联网上的关键网络设备。如服务器的安全运行,有必要在双总线输出线路中配置"负载自动切换开关",以便向各种网络设备提供"信息网络"级的优质电源。采用DSP全数字技术及多重冗余调控技术设计的负载自动切换开关,可使网络供电系统获得如下优点:消除"单点瓶颈"故障隐患,提高供电质量的"择优供电"功能;增强网络设备的运行安全性的"故障隔离"保护功能等。本文详细地分析和讨论负载自动切换开关的型号、工作原理、执行安全切换操作的前提条件、工作模式、技术参数、选用注意事项及供电系统的设计方案。 The related statistics have shown that'N+1'type of the parallel-redundant UPS system can not eliminate the failure of the network paralysis in the network room completely.In order to ensure reliable and safe operation of the key network equipments,such as servers,which are supplied by two or three independent power supplies,it is necessary that the dual-bus type of the parallel-redundant UPS system should be equipped with the automatic Static Transfer Switches(STS).Therefore,a variety of network equipments can be supplied by a so-called'information network'level of high quality sources.Due to that new STS are designed and made by new DSP and multi-redundant logic control techniques,it can provide the following superiorities for network equipments:the elimination of 'single-point'type the failures;the choose of higher quality of power supply from two independent sources;the isolation of the failures; the increase of the reliability and fault tolerance for UPS system and so oa The type of the load transfer switches,the operation principle,the essential conditions for safe transfer operation of the STS,the technical parameters and specifications,the application and matters needing attention,the design schemes of the parallel-redundant UPS system with dual-bus type of output circuits are studied and analyzed in-detailed.
