摘要
通过随时监测葡萄糖的残存量和2—酮基葡萄糖酸的生成量。可以更好的控制发酵的反应时间和终点,方法:通过试验测定可被葡萄糖和2—酮基葡萄糖酸还用的铜量及比旋度(α)利用公式①Cuk=0.325Cu-13.25a;CuG=Cu-CuK,即可测定出CuG和CuK。结论:本法仅一次化学分析和比旋度测定便将发酵液中葡萄糖和2—酮基葡萄糖酸测定出来,实验简单快速,可方便的应用于临床。
Objective : Passing to supervise the survival of glucose and formation of 2- keto - glucose acid in time may controling the eactive time and destination of zymosis way. Way Through examination, we can determine content of Cu that can be reduced by glucose and 2 - keto - glucose acid and a(specific rotation) ,than use formula :①CuK = 0. 325Cu-13. 2a;②CuG = Cu-O.;K. At last.We Can calculate CuK (content of glucose) and CuG (pontent of 2- keto- glucose acid)that time. Conclusion :For determining the content of glucose and 2 - keto - glucose acid in zymotic fluid.we only used one time chemical analysis and specific rotation. This way was simple and quick. It was valuable that this way was used by clinic.
