摘要
针对井下驱动螺杆泵的关键技术问题,提出了用于井下直接驱动螺杆泵的功率分流式行星减速器。分析了该减速器的结构原理和它具有的功率分流特点。根据螺杆泵井下工作条件,对新型减速器完成了结构参数的优化设计,使其在满足各项工作要求的条件下达到体积最小。在优化设计基础上,完成了该减速器的三维建模、应力分析和虚拟装配,以及减速器的制造和实验研究。理论和试验验证了该减速器从传递功率、体积、传动比和传动效率等方面均适用于井下驱动采油螺杆泵,说明该减速器用于连接潜油电动机与螺杆泵在实践上是可行的。
In the light of the key technique of the down-hole driven progressive cavity pump (PCP) for oil production, a power distributional planetary reducer is proposed. The structure and operating principle of the reducer is introduced, and its characteristics of power distribution are analyzed. Based on the down-hole working condition of the PCP, the optimization of the structural parameters of the new reducer is carried out, aiming to minimize its size. Then its 3-D modeling, stress analysis and virtual assembling are completed. And ultimately the manufacturing and test of the reducer are implemented. Test proves the design of this reducer feasible.
