中国农业产业化发展的思考

Thoughts on the Development of Agricultural Industrialization in China

完善产业化组织形式,创新运行机制,是目前促进农业产业化发展的首要工作。政府应从体制、资金、政策、技术等方面予以支持。但必须清楚,农业产业化只是我国农业发展过程中的一种经营组织和制度导向,是农业发展的辅助手段,科技进步和持续的制度创新才是提高农业生产力和竞争力的根本保证。另外,农业产业化的未来发展必须和适应世贸组织要求以及壮大县域经济的社会基础结合起来,突出比较优势,走特色经济之路,求可持续发展。

Perfecting the organizational forms of industrialization and innovating operating mechanism is currently the first priority in promoting the development of agricultural industrialization. Government should provide support in terms of system, funds, policy and technology. However, it must be understood that agricultural industrialization is merely an operating organization and institutional orientation and an auxiliary measure in agricultural development in China and that only advance in science and technology and sustained institutional innovation is the fundamental guarantee of increasing agricultural productivity and competitiveness. In addition, the future development of agricultural industrialization must combine with the social basis that fits in with the requirement of the WTO and the strengthening of county economy to give prominence to comparative advantage, take the path of feature economy and seek sustainable development.
