侧胸壁岛状皮瓣修复腋部瘢痕挛缩畸形

PLASTIC REPAIR OF POSTBURN CICARTRICIAL CONTRACTURE OF AXILLA REGION WITH LATERAL THORACIC PEDICLE SKIN FLAP

目的 探讨应用侧胸壁岛状皮瓣修复腋胸 /背部瘢痕挛缩畸形的疗效。方法 充分松解切除腋背或腋胸部瘢痕后 ,应用侧胸壁岛状皮瓣顺行转移修复 ,并随访观察腋部外观及功能恢复情况。结果 1996年 1月～ 2 0 0 3年 11月共应用侧胸壁岛状皮瓣顺行转移修复腋背部瘢痕挛缩畸形 7例 ,腋胸部瘢痕挛缩畸形 6例 ,所有皮瓣均一期成活 ,13例病人随访 6～ 18月 ,腋部外观及功能恢复良好。结论 侧胸壁岛状皮瓣顺行转移是修复中、重度腋胸 /背部瘢痕挛缩畸形的良好方法。

Objective To explore the new operative methods for postburn cicartricial contracture of axilla region. Methods Cicartricial contracture of axilla region was disentangled and exscinded adequately. Lateral thoracic pedicle skin flap was used for covering the secondary wound. Results All the 13 cases from January 1996 to November 2003 achieved success in one stage, and satisfactory axilla region configuration obtained. Conclusion This operation solved the problem of wound from exscinding of cicartricial contracture of axilla region. Lateral thoracic wall is a good area providing pedicle skin flap for repairing the postburn cicartricial contracture of axilla region.
