2型糖尿病家系非肥胖一级亲属胰岛素敏感性和胰岛β细胞功能 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨 2型糖尿病 (DM)家系非肥胖非糖尿病成员的胰岛素敏感性和胰岛 β细胞功能变化。 方法 在 2型DM家系中 ,选择非肥胖非糖尿病一级亲属 6 5例为观察组 ,4 2名无糖尿病家族史的配偶为对照组。行口服葡萄糖耐量试验 (OGTT) ,测定空腹血糖 (FPG)、血清胰岛素 (FINS)、甘油三酯 (TG)、总胆固醇 (TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL C) ,计算胰岛素抵抗稳态模型评估 (HOMA IR)和胰岛 β细胞功能稳态模型评估 (HOMA β) ,用于评价胰岛素敏感性和胰岛β细胞功能。结果 观察组LDL C水平显著高于对照组。观察组HOMA β明显低于对照组 ,P <0 .0 5。 结论  2型糖尿病家系非肥胖一级亲属存在胰岛素分泌功能下降 ,这可能是 2型糖尿病发病的始动因素。 Objective To study the change of insulin sensitivity and β-cell function in non-obesity first degree relative in type 2 diabetic families.Methods Sixty-five non-obesity siblings among first-degree relatives in type 2 diabetic families were selected as observation group and their 42 spouses as control group. Oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) was conducted in each object. The level of glucose, insulin, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C,were measured and the HOMA-IR model was used to calculate HOMA-IR as an index of insulin sensitivity and HOMA-β as an index of insulin secretion.Results The level of LDL-C was higher markedly in observation group than that in control group,P<0.05.Conpared with control group,the HOMA-β is significant lower in observation group.Conclusion There is significant lower HOMA-β in non-obesity first degree relative in type 2 diabetic families.
