参一胶囊和桂龙咳喘宁胶囊合用对COPD患者血清免疫球蛋白和相关细胞因子的影响

Effect of the therapy Shenyi capsules and Guilongkechuanning capsules on the cellular immunologic function and cytotines in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的 观察参一胶囊和桂龙咳喘宁胶囊对COPD患者的血清免疫球蛋白和细胞因子的影响 ,为COPD的综合治疗提供参考依据。方法 采用单克隆抗体法、放射免疫法和酶联免疫吸附试验法测定 38例COPD患者服用参一胶囊和桂龙咳喘宁胶囊前及服药 3个月 ,6个月后和正常对照组 35例的血清免疫球蛋白和细胞因子的变化。结果 38例COPD患者的血清免疫球蛋白 (IgG、IgA、IgM )含量均低 ,与正常对照组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1〉 ,IL 2也低 ,与正常对照组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5〉 ,而细胞因子IL 8、TNF α高 ,与正常对照组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5〉。服药后上述血清各项指标均有明显改善 (P <0 .0 5、P <0 .0 1〉。结论 COPD患者存在免疫功能和相关细胞因子的异常 ,但参一胶囊和桂龙咳喘宁胶囊能对COPD患者免疫功能和相关细胞因子的释放有一定的调节作用 ,有临床应用价值。

Objectives To observe the effect of the therapy Shenyi capsules and Guilongkechuanning capsules on the cellular immunologic function and cytotines in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),and to provide the basis for the comprehensive treatment of COPD.Medthods The changes of immunoglobulin A(IgA),IgM,IgG,Il-2,Il-8 and TNF-α in 38 patients with COPD were detected by monoclonal antibody,radioimmunoassay and ELISA.The patients were orally given the traditional Chinese medicine with the effect of Shenyi capsules and Guilongkechuanning capsules for months.Thirty-five healthy subjects regarded as the control group.Results The levels of all the indexes before 38 patients took these medicines were significantly lower or higher than those in 35 control group(P<0.01,P<0.05), IgA,IgM and IgG were significantly lower(P<0.05),moreover IL-2 was obviously lower(P<0.05),whereas IL-8 and TNF-a were remarkably higher(P<0.05).All the indexes after treatment were improved obviously(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusions There are abnormalities in cellular immunity and cytokines in patients with COPD,however the therapy of Shenyi capsules and Guilongkechuanning capsules are effective in the improvement of immunological function and cellular cytokines in the patients with COPD,and it is worth practicing to clinic.
