小儿眼内炎的临床分析

Clinical analysis of children endophthalmitis

目的 小儿眼内炎由于诊断治疗的困难 ,致盲率极高 ,分析其特点及对策。方法 13例临床病例的受伤性质、首诊时间、处理方式与最终后果关系。结果 闭合性伤眼内炎容易漏诊 ,眼内炎的药物治疗效果差 ,应该早期做玻璃体切割手术。结论 早期诊断眼内炎 ,尽早行玻璃体切割手术是避免毁眼致盲的最佳选择。

Objective The diagnosis and therapy of children endophthalmitis is so difficult, that it has high rate of damage eyes causing blindness. We analysed its character and countermeasure.Methods Thirteen cases were analysed on wound property, first treatment time, treatment method and its relation with final sequence.Results In closed wound,diagnosis of endophthalmitis was early missed ,and the therapeutic efficacy of medication was poor. We should make vitreous surgery early. Conclusion We should diagnose endophthalmitis promptly as early as possibly. Vitrectomy is the best choice to avoid damage eyes causing blindness.
