摘要
分析了磨损试验难以模拟实际工况下的摩擦增重现象的根本原因,提出了使试验更贴近实际的指导方法,并以纳米铜粉作润滑油添加剂为例证明了此种方法的有效性,成功实现了试验条件下的摩擦增重,为试验室条件下研究自修复现象和规律提供了便利。
The basic cause was analyzed that the wear experiment is hard to imitate the phenomenon of increase weight by rubbing in real operating condition.A guide method was put forward to make the experiment more approach to reality,and the effectiveness of the method was proved by the illustration which using nanometer copper powder as lubricating oil additive,and increase weight was successfully realized by rubbing test.It provides convenience for study self-repairing phenomenon and law under the laboratory condition.
