精神应激的生物学致病机制研究-Ⅰ:几个基本观点 被引量：20

摘要 随着医学模式的转变，精神应激与健康和疾病的关系愈来愈引起人们的重视，对其致病机制的研究更是当今科学研究的前沿问题。一方面，适度的精神应激可以提高个体的警觉水平，激发机体的活力，有利于生存与创造；另一方面，超出个体适应能力的精神应激则可以作为直接的病因导致疾病的发生，或影响疾病的发展与预后，
