脑纹状体边缘区注射MK-801对大鼠逃避性长期记忆的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨脑纹状体边缘区内微量注射。NMDA受体非竞争性拮抗剂MK-801对大鼠逃避性长期记忆功能的影响。方法 将健康成年雄性SD大鼠随机分为MK-801组和对照组,在电Y迷宫中进行逃避性学习记忆训练后,立即向双侧边缘区内分别注射MK-801(2μg/侧)或等量生理盐水,5d后再复查比较Y迷宫试验成绩。结果 MK-801处理前MK-801组和对照组动物的正确次数分别为23.10±4.23和22.63±3.34,两组相比差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);处理后5d,MK-801组和对照组动物的正确次数分别为18.30±3.92和23.00±3.12,MK-801组明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 训练后立即双侧纹状体边缘区内注射MK-801可损害实验大鼠在电Y迷宫中的逃避性长期记忆,提示边缘区的NMDA受体涉及这种行为模式的长期记忆功能。 Objective To investigate the impact on avoidance conditioning of a bilateral microinjection of MK-801 into the marginal division of the rat striatum( MrD) . Methods The adult SD rats were divided into MK-801 group and control group randomly. The two groups accepted intra-MrD microinjection of MK-801 (2μg/side) or saline respectively immediately following a Y-maze avoidance training, and the animals' performance on the Y-maze was investigated again 5 days after the treatments. Results Before the microinjection of MK-801, the average correct run times of the MK-801 and control groups in the Y-maze test were respectively 23. 10±4. 23 and 22. 63±3. 34, the difference was not significant ( P > 0. 05) ; but five days after the microinjection, the average correct run time of the MK-801 group was depressed significantly than that in the control group ( P<0. 05). Conclusion The microinjection of MK-801 into the bilateral MrD immediately following avoidance training in the Y-maze caused long-term memory deficit in the rats, suggesting the memory consolidation of this task required normal NMDA receptors function in the MrD.
