紫外分光光度法测定磺胺醋酰钠滴眼液的含量

Determination of the content of sodium sulfacetamide in 20% sodium sulfacetamide eye drops by ultraviolet spectrophotometry

目的 :为建立20%磺胺醋酰钠滴眼液中磺胺醋酰钠的含量测定方法。方法 :采用紫外分光光度法 ,以258nm为测定波长。结果 :磺胺醋酰钠在2.59～12.95mg·L -1浓度范围内呈良好线性关系 ,r=0.9999;平均回收率为100.53% ,RSD为0.26%(n=5)。结论 :本法操作简便准确 ,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

Objective:To establish a method for the determination of the con tent of sodium sulfacetamide in 20% sodium sulfacetamide eye drops.Methods:The ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used,the detection wavelength was 258 nm.Resul ts:The linear range of sodium sulfacetamide was within 2.59 mg to 12.95 mg·L-1 ,r=0.9999;the average recovery was 100.53%,RSD was 0.26%(n=5).Conclusion:This method is simple and accurate,and can be used for quality control of preparatio n.
