湘湖保护与开发启动区块规划在尊重历史和现状的基础上,通过研究分析湘湖的风景资源、变迁历史和地域特征,从资源保护、历史延续与景观再生三方面出发,充分汲取规划地域内的积极信息,创作出属于湘湖的景观。

Through analyzing the landscape resources, history changing and region character, the regional plan of the starting of Xianghu Lake Conservation and Development Program creates a unique landscape belonging to Xianghu Lake, based on respecting the history and current situation. The plan covers three aspects of resource conservation, history continuation and landscape regeneration, and some positive information existed in the region is also absorbed in the plan.
