蜂胶防龋口胶临床应用观察

目的对蜂胶防龋口胶防龋作用进行临床观察。方法将2241名幼儿园3～4岁儿童按班级随机分成蜂胶防龋观察组(799例),每二日服用一次蜂胶防龋口胶;木糖醇口胶对照组(678例),每二日服用一次木糖醇口胶;空白对照组(760例),不服用任何药物,连续观察二年。结果二年后蜂胶防龋口腔组的患龋率、龋均、龋面均明显低于木糖醇对照组和空白对照组(P<0.01)。结论蜂胶防龋口胶有明显的防龋作用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of propolis gel on caries prevention. Methods For this study, 2241 three to four year olds were divided into three groups according to grade level. There were 799 children in the propolis gel group, in which one propolis gel application was given to each child once, every 2 days. The other 682 children in the xylitol gel group were given one xylitol gel application. The remaining 760 children were in the control group; and no treatment was given. Results After 2 years of intervention, the caries prevalence, mean DMFT, and mean DMFS were significantly lower in the propolis group compared to that of the xylitol and the control groups. Conclusion Propolis gel has a significant effect on caries prevention.
