手部猫抓病的手术治疗及鉴别诊断

Differential diagnosis and operative treatment of the cat scratch disease(CSD)

目的:介绍手部猫抓病手术治疗方法、效果及猫抓病与其他类似疾病的鉴别.方法:1998年9月～2003年6月对5例手部猫抓病患者在全身应用抗生素控制局部症状基础上,作了患肢肿大淋巴结切除手术,平均住院13.6d.结果:5例患者病理证实猫抓病,切口I期愈合.随访9个月～5年半,无1例复发.结论:手术切除猫抓病肿大淋巴结可以缩短病程,疗效良好.

Objective:To introduce the operative treatment outcome of the cat scratch disease(CSD)and differential diagnosis from other similar diseases.Method:From Sept.1998 to Jun.2003,the ablation of regional lymphadenitis were performed in 5 cases of CSD.The patients were treated with an average of 13.6 days of hospitalization.The resected lymph nodes were made a pathological segment and they were observed under the microscope.Result:The CSD were confirmed by histopathological examination in all cases.They were followed up from 9 months to 5 years and a half.There was no recurrent case.The operative wounds of all cases were good healing by first intention.Conclusion:The ablation of regional lymphadenitis is a good choice of treatment for CSD,as the course can be shortened.
