摘要
目的: 根据CT数据进行人体骨骼数字化三维重建和快速成型, 并探讨其在骨科临床的应用价值。方法: 采集 10例人体骨骼病变区域的CT断层扫描数据, 利用计算机进行病变区域的数字三维重建和快速成型, 并将其应用于临床。结果: 3例髋关节疾病和 2例胫骨肿瘤进行数字化三维重建显示, 4例骨盆肿瘤和 1例股骨肿瘤根据数字化骨骼三维重建结果进行快速成型, 并根据数字化人体骨骼结果分别进行手术计划、假体定制和病变区域的重建设计。结论: 数字化人体骨骼重建和快速成型能够精确和直观的反映人体骨骼的病变, 可更好的进行术前计划和准备, 以达到更好的治疗结果。
Objective: To investigate digital human skeleton application in clinical orthopaedics by three dimensional (3D) reconstruction and rapid prototype from CT data.Method: Pathological skeletal 3D reconstruction and rapid prototype were collected from 10 cases, which were applied in clinical pilot study. Result: Three complicated hip and 2 tibial tumor were digital 3D reconstructed and displayed, and 4 pelvic tumor and 1 femoral tumor were rapidly prototyped, by which to support the surgeon during the planning procedure and complete virtual planning of operations with prosthetic reconstruction.Conclusion: Pathological skeleton are more accurate and direct by digital skeleton system,by which to get better preoperative plan and treatment.
