老年性黄斑部变性(senile maculardegeneration 简称SMD)或年龄相关性黄斑部变性是以脉络膜毛细血管、玻璃膜、视网膜色素上皮和神经上皮变性为特征的老年性黄斑部病变。为老年人视力减退的主要原因之一。自动视野计灵敏度高、操作简便、并能对视功能作定量分析。对青光眼的早期诊断甚有价值。Humphrey
The central 30° retinal light sensitivities of 82 eyes (42 cases) of senile maculardegeneration (SMD) and 26 normal eyes (16 subjects) were tested by Humphrey FieldAnalyzer.The results showed that in the central 30° visual field,the farther from the pointof fixation,the sensitivity drop became more obvious.The average sensitivity loss of thecontrol group was 12.4dB,and the SMD groups,5.71-18.22dB.There was sigmficantdifference (p<0.05) between the control group and the SMD group (visual acuities 20/40),especially in the central 18 visual field (p<0.01).These findings are consistent with thosereported by Sunness.
