集成疗伤片对创伤患者血清急性期反应蛋白含量变化的影响

THE REGULATING EFFECT OF “JICHENG LIAOSHAN PIAN” ON THE LEVEL CHANGES OF SERUM ACUTE PHRASE REACTIVE PROTEINS IN PATIENTS WITH INJURY

为了观察急性创伤患者外周血血清中触珠蛋白 (HP)、白蛋白 (Palb)、转铁蛋白 (TF)及α 酸性糖蛋白 (α AG) 4种急性期反应蛋白含量变化及中药制剂集成疗伤片对其变化的影响 ,将 2 0例急性创伤患者分为集成疗伤片组 (治疗组 ) 10例和常规治疗组 (对照组 ) 10例 ,用免疫扩散法对相关指标进行了定期观察和总结。结果显示伤后 2周内HP及α AG显著性提高 ,而Palb及TF均显著性降低 ,说明创伤后 2周内机体蛋白代谢呈紊乱状态。经口服集成疗伤片后 ,4种蛋白含量均有不同程度恢复 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,提示该制剂对急性期蛋白的代谢有一定的调节作用。

The objective of the paper is to observe the level changes of peripheral serum acute phrase reactive proteins (ARP), such as HP (haptoglobin), Palb (plasma albumin), TF (transferrin), and α-AG (α-acid glycoprotein), in patients with injury and the regulating effect of “JICHENG LIAOSHAN PIAN” (JLSP, a TCD preparation for injury) on the changes. Twenty patients with acute injury were divided into the treated group and the control group (n=10 cases each), which were treated by JLSP and by the conventional therapy, respectively; and the related indices of the two groups were regularly observed and summed up. The observed results showed that two weeks after injury, the levels of HP and α-AG were significantly increased, while those of Palb and TF were significantly decreased, showing the metabolic disorder of the body proteins two weeks after injury but after the oral administration of JLSP, the levels of the four proteins recovered to varied degrees (P < 0.05), suggesting that the preparation has some regulating effects on the acute phrase protein metabolism.
