摘要
该文针对一些透气薄片物体,如纸、纤维织物等再生产过程中的单件搬运要求,对基于静电力的抓取器进行了深入研究。在对静电场进行合理构建的基础上,研制出了一种可以对薄片物体进行单件抓取和放置的抓取器。实验结果表明,该抓取器工作稳定,可以抓取纸张以及类似形状的物体。
The paper combines the actual project, aims at the request of some special grasp objects, for example well ventilated thin paper, some slice fiber textile and together with some related data of domestic and international correlative research works and the research of author to make out some detailed analysis, develop a different precept compared with mechanical or vacuum grippers, which the static electricity field as the work principle. By the experiment result is valid for the grasp of above object, finally outlook in this wokr of further research directions.
