摘要
超声波电机是一种利用压电陶瓷的逆压电效应工作的新原理微特电机。与传统电磁型电机截然不同,其驱动力矩并非由电磁感应产生,而是由压电陶瓷超声频域的振动转化而来。该文从振动理论出发,成功设计制作了一台行波型超声波电机的样机,并对样机的性能进行测试和分析,得出了提高这种电机性能的关键参数。
The ultrasonic motor is a new kind of working mechanism. USM is quite different from the traditional electromagnetic motors, and its driving torque is acquired by the reverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics instead of electromagnetic effect. From the theory of vibration, the traveling wave ultrasonic motor is designed. The author has made a sample machine of traveling wave ultrasonic motor. And we test and analyse the performance of TRUSM. Some key parameters that influence the performing characteristic of TRUSM are achieved.
