该文介绍了一种基于PLC的引信分解状态检测装置和控制原理。该系统未使用位移传感器和力矩传感器,而是把传爆管的轴向位移作为检测量,霍尔接近开关作为检测元件,由可编程控制器、霍尔接近开关和机械结构组成的检测控制系统实现了螺纹拆卸的智能控制。试验和实际使用表明该装置工作可靠。

In this paper the control principle and inspect devices based on PLC for the fuse to be disassembled are introduced. Instead of movement sensors and moment sensors in the control system, Hall sensors are used as the measurement cells and the axial movement of the detonator as the measurement parameters. The control system composed of PLC, Hall approach switches and mechanism implements the intelligent control for the screw disassembly. The test and application illustrate that the equipment is reliable.
