摘要
该文利用简单廉价的机电结构实现了微米级的机电一体化系统的设计,该系统可用于在约束条件下测量混凝土的内应力。文章给出了系统的工作原理,并对其关键技术进行了分析。该装置性能稳定,可满足测试要求。
A micron electro-mechanical system was designed by using simple and cheap structure. The system can be used to measure the internal stress of concrete on the condition of being constrained. The working principle of it was given and the critical of the system was analyzed. At last, The conclusion was obtained that the performance of this system was stable and can meet the demand of testing.
