摘要
文章在比较现有专家系统的基础上,分析了数控磨床故障诊断特点,构建了适于数控磨床远程故障诊断的专家系统体系结构,提出了专家系统实现的关键技术,给出了合理的解决方案,从而使故障诊断系统更具实用性、适应性和稳定性。
A fault diagnosis expert system of the NC grinding machine is structured, after analyzing the fault characteristics of NC grinding machine completely. And key techniques and the reasonable solutions are advanced to realize the whole expert system, though comparis on of the existing fault diagnosis expert systems and the application of practical theories and hardware. The practicablility, adaptability and stability of the remote fault diagnosis system are improved systematically.
