摘要
本文分析了45例45眼严重眼外伤、玻璃体混浊伴视网膜脱离的病人的玻璃体手术,解剖成功率为48.89%,功能成功率为35.6%。本组资料显示,影响病人疗效的首要因素是外伤程度及性质,单纯挫伤疗效较好,穿通伤、玻璃体混浊伴异物残留疗效差。手术时间及方法是影响疗效的另一重要因素,这类病人的手术宜在2周内进行。应进行一次性联合手术,并用有效的眼内填充。作者认为玻璃体切除术治疗伴有视网膜脱离的严重眼外伤是必需的,尽管其疗效只有30～50%。
