炼油厂酮苯脱蜡装置空冷器腐蚀失效分析

摘要 独山子石化公司炼油厂酮苯脱蜡装置空冷器因空冷管束(20号钢)腐蚀穿孔被迫停工检修,经取样分析和现场调查,结果表明:溶解氧含量偏高、设备本身存在震动、无盐水质量不稳定以及空冷管束选材不当是造成空冷器管束腐蚀穿孔的主要原因。在冷却用水中加入水处理药剂或选用OCr13等耐蚀材质的管束以及减小震动磨损等措施可减少空冷器管束腐蚀穿孔。 The air coolers in the benzol acetone Dewaxing unit in Dushanzi Refinery has to be shutdown because of corrosion failure of air cooler tubes (20 # steel) . The sample analysis and field investigation have concluded that the corrosion failure is attributed to the high dissolved oxygen, the vibration of the coolers, unstable quality of desalted water and inappropriate material selection for the cooler tubes. The injection of water treating chemicals and application of 0Cr13 and reduction of vibration can effectively prevent the tube corrosion failure.
