掺炼俄罗斯原油常压塔顶空冷器腐蚀在线监测 被引量:2

摘要 中国石油天然气股份有限公司大庆分公司常减压蒸馏装置在掺炼不同比例俄罗斯原油后,针对常压塔顶空冷器腐蚀状况,实施了在线监测,在空冷器管束上安装了4组腐蚀电阻探针,其测试结果与利用CMB-1510B瞬时腐蚀速率测量仪测试结果相近。同时分析了掺炼比与腐蚀速率关系,为今后防腐蚀工作提供了依据。 When the atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit began to process feed blended with different percentages of Russian crudes , on-line monitoring was implemented by installing 4 groups of electric resistance probes based upon the ove《rhead corrosion conditions of atmospheric tower. The corrosion rate measured by the probes is close to that by the transient corrosion rate measuring instrument CMB-1510B. The analysis of the relationship between blending ratio and corrosion rate provides a good basis for future corrosion prevention activities.
