摘要
目的探讨除气和预氧化对金属烤瓷修复体(PFM)金瓷界面不同元素分布的影响。方法应用X线能量散谱议测试PFM脱落瓷界面的元素相对含量。结果当除气加热率R为100℃·min-1时,随着预氧化时间的延长,Ni、Cr含量呈递增趋。结论PFM金瓷结合强度与Cr元素在界面的聚集浓度有关,金瓷结合强度随Cr元素含量的增高而降低。
Objective To study the effects of degassing and preoxiding on different elements distribution in porcelain-metal interface of porcelain fused to metal(PFM).Methods The relative contents of elements were test with energy-dispersive analysis of X-rays.Results When R was 100℃·min^-1 , the contents of Ni and Cr were increased with the lengthening of preoxiding time.Conclusion The bonding strength of PFM is related to the Cr concentration gathered in porcelain-metal interface, and decreases with the increasing of Cr content.
