摘要 目的:为探讨代谢型谷氨酸受体亚型在猕猴脊髓 中可能的功能提供形态学依据.方法:采用免疫组织化学技 术,在光学显微镜下观察代谢型谷氨酸受体亚型(mGluR1α, 2/3,5,7)在大鼠腰骶段脊髓内的分布.结果:mGluR1α在 脊髓全层中均有分布.在后角浅层中,免疫染色阳性产物主要 见于神经毡和少量中间神经元的胞体及突起.在后角深层、中 间带外侧核以及脊髓前角中则分布有较多数量的免疫染色阳 性的神经元胞体和突起,其中前角运动神经元呈免疫染色强 阳性;mGluR5样免疫染色阳性结构在后角浅层中也主要分布 于神经毡和中间神经元的胞体及突起,而在脊髓的其他区域 则分布有大量的免疫染色强阳性神经元及突起;mGluR2/3和 mGluR7亚型主要分布在脊髓后角浅层神经毡,未见免疫染色 阳性神经元.结论:代谢型谷氨酸受体可能对成年哺乳动物 脊髓局部环路的信息传递与整合发挥? AIM: To explore morphological evidence for the possible roles of metabotropic glutamate receptors in the lumbosacral spinal cord in adult macaques. METHODS: The distribution patterns of metabotropic glutamate receptors (mGluRs) in the lumbosacral spinal cord were studied by employing the immunohistochemical technique. RESULTS: MGluR1α distributed throughout all the laminae of spinal cord. The immunoreactive (-ir) products were located on the soma or protrudes of a few interneurons together with the neuropil in the superficial layers of the spinal dorsal horn. In the deeper layers of spinal dorsal horn, intermediate nucleus and the ventral horn, mGluR1α-ir neurons were observed. The neurons in the ventral horn showed the strongest immunoreactivity. mGluR5-ir products, similar with those of mGluR1α, also distributed in neuropil and the soma together with protrudes of some interneurons in the superficial layers of the spinal dorsal horn. In other areas of spinal cord, however, abundant mGluR5-ir neuronal soma and protrudes were also observed. MGluR2/3 and mGluR7 distributed in the neuropil of the superficial layers in spinal dorsal horn. No neurons showed mGluR2/3-/mGluR7-immunoreactivity. CONCLUSION: MGluRs may play some important modulatory roles in the transmission or integration of information in the spinal local circuits of the adult mammals.
