该文主要介绍研制速溶谷物胚芽粉加工工艺,经木瓜蛋白酶水解、乳化和喷雾干燥工艺处理, 谷物胚芽被制成一种方便速溶谷物胚芽粉。
This article mainly studied on the processing technology of an instant cereal germ powder. After Papain hydrolysis, emulsification and spray drying, cereal germs were processed into an instant cereal germ powder.
