摘要
水轮机效率微机测试装置应用于压力—时间法做率定和验收试验,应用于蜗壳压差法做经常性流量和效率测量,效率试验满足IEC规定要求。装置精度0.3%,信息变送、采集、处理流量单项计算误差在±0.5%以内,同工况5次测流T分布95%置信度相对误差±0.34%。
The test equipment with microcomputer has been used for calibration and acceptance test with pressure-time method, and for daily flow and efficiency measurement with Winter-Kennedy method,the efficiency measurement met the requirment of IEC cade, the precision of this unit is up to 0.3% . The calculated individual error of flow for varying collecting and handling of information is loss than 0.5%. The relative error is±0.34% with 5 times measurements under same operation conditions according to the theory of 95% certainty of T-distribution.
