摘要
目的研究番石榴叶中提取的槲皮素和2α-羟基熊果酸体外抗人轮状病毒(HRV)的作用。方法溶剂法分离化学成分,波谱法鉴定其结构;观察细胞病理变化,采用半数组织培养感染(TCID50)微量法、电镜法观察槲皮素和2α-羟基熊果酸体外对HRV的治疗及预防作用。结果从番石榴叶中分离得到的槲皮素和2α-羟基熊果酸在125μg/mL剂量下具有较好的体外抗HRV作用。结论番石榴叶较好的抗HRV作用源于槲皮素和2α-羟基熊果酸等有效成分。
Objective To study in vitro antirotaviral effects of quercetin and 2α-hydroxyursolic acid extracted from Psidium guajava leaves.Methods Chemical components of P. guajava leaves were separated by chemical solvent and identified by spectrum. The antirotaviral effects of quercetin and 2α-hydroxyursolic acid were studied in vitro by the method of cytopathic effect (CPE), trace median tissue culture infective dose (trace TCID_(50)), and transmission electron microscope (TEM). Results Quercetin and 2α-hydroxyursolic acid obtained from P. guajava leaves had stronger antiviral activity to human rotavirus (HRV) in vitro. Conclusion The stronger antiviral activity of P. guajava leaves to HRV are due to quercetin and 2α-hydroxyursolic acid.
