短型镍钛合金支架预防全喉切除术后气管造口狭窄

摘要 目的 探讨短型镍钛合金环行网状支架对全喉切除术后气管造口狭窄的预防作用。方法 全喉切除术中放置短型镍钛合金环行网状支架行气管造口成形术。结果 Ⅰ期安放短支架 2 2例 ,伤口均Ⅰ期愈合。术后无 1例气管造口狭窄 ,造口边缘光滑 ,为近似椭圆形。结论 短型镍钛合金支架固定于气管壁外 ,不但减少了对气管粘膜的刺激 ,而且产生均匀柔和的扩张 ,起到类似环状软骨的支撑作用 ,能够预防全喉切除术后气管造口狭窄。 Objective To evaluate the effect of Nickle-Titanium a lloys annular stent to prevent tracheost omal stenosis after total laryngectomy.Methods The stent was used f ollowing total laryngectomy total laryng ectomy.Results Tracheostomaplasty w as performed using short stent in 22 cas es during laryngectomy.All the cases hav e no tracheostomal stenosis following ov er 6 months.Thier tracheostoma is smooth ,enough larger and stable.Conclusion Nickle-Titanium a lloys annular short stent is fixed outsi de the wall of trachea,its complication is less.It may prevent from tracheostoma l stenosis.Nickle-Titanium alloys annula r long stent is a good method to resolve dyspnea,Which can be used without injur e.
