摘要 目的 探讨持镜机器人在腹腔镜泌尿外科手术中的应用。方法 应用ZEUS机器人AESOP(Comput erMotion ,USA)操作臂行腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术 15例 ,肾切除术 6例 ,肾上腺肿物切除术 12例 ,隐睾探查 3例 ,前列腺癌根治术 1例 ,根治性膀胱全切除术 1例 ,肾盂输尿管连接处狭窄整形术 1例 ,猪动物实验肾切除及输尿管吻合术 3例。结果 本组患者手术全程均为机器人持镜 ,机器人辅助腹腔镜手术 4 2例均顺利完成 ,无术中中转手术 ,患者无手术风险外的附加危险。结论 AESOP机器人具有智能化、人性化的特点 ,在人机合一、提供高清晰图像、减轻术者疲劳、提高效率的基础上使手术更安全 ,手术视野更加广泛 ,具有广阔的应用前景。 Objective To investigate the application of robot-assisted laparoscopic operation in the urinary surgery surgical procedure. Methods AESOP system(Computer Motion, USA) was used for laparoscopic ureterolithotomy in 15 cases, for nephrectomy in 6 cases, for adrenalectomy for 12 cases, for exploration cryptorchidism in 3 cases, for redical prostatectomy in 1 case, for radical cystectomy in 1 case, and pyeloplasty for 1 case; and for nephrectomy and anastomosis of ureter radical in pigexperiment. Results All procedures were completely performed by robot assisted laparoscopic operation. No case was turned to open surgical procedure, and no additional danger occurred in the patients. Conclusion ZEUS AESOP system has the characteristics of high intelligence and humanization. Using this system, laparoscopic surgical procedure can be safely achieved within a reasonable time, and the operation field is more clear. It can relieve the fatigue of surgeons during operation. Robot assisted laparoscopic operation has a bright has future.
